The Organ Clearing House has relocated a Schantz organ built for Christ Episcopal Church, Avon, Connecticut, which closed in 2012.

The organ was purchased by St. Patrick-St. Anthony Catholic Church, Hartford, Connecticut, Fr. Timothy Shreenan, O.F.M., pastor, and Gabriel Löfvall, director of music and organist. It was dismantled in October 2020 and delivered and partially erected by the Organ Clearing House in the sanctuary. Beginning in January 2021, Alex Belair and Michael Tanguay of Alex Pipe Organ Service reassembled and finished the instrument. The Schantz organ augments a 1952 Austin Organs, Inc., instrument in the rear gallery.
