Ivory rules cause problems for Chicago Symphony

Musicians from the CSO - in fact, all traveling musicians - may have trouble transporting their instruments and musical gear - harpsichords, portable organs, even violin bows - if they contain ivory or what appears to be ivory. The restrictions stem from a new order from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service designed to prevent ivory poaching.
