Grant Wareham was appointed Associate Organist and Choirmaster at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas in October 2022. Working alongside Organist and Choirmaster Dr. Michael Conrady, Wareham will serve as choirmaster for the parish’s chorister program, which follows the RSCM Voice for Life program.
Winner of both first prize and Audience Prize at the 2017 Albert Schweitzer Organ Competition in Hartford, Connecticut, Wareham was also a semifinalist in the 2019 Longwood Gardens International Organ Competition. He earned his BMus from Rice University in 2018, studying with Ken Cowan, after which he earned a MM from Yale University in 2020, studying with Jon Laukvik and Thomas Murray. He is a member of The Diapason's 20 Under 30 Class of 2019.
