Andrew Nethsingha is appointed organist and master of choristers at Westminster Abbey, UK, effective January 2023, leaving his position as director of music at St. John’s College, University of Cambridge, UK. A graduate and former organ scholar of St. John’s College, Nethsingha was appointed its director of music in 2007 following his work as director of music at Gloucester Cathedral. He has previously held appointments at the cathedrals of Wells and Truro and has been artistic director of the Three Choirs Festival.
