Welcome to THE DIAPASON eNEWS.

In this issue we report on a busy spring season: recitals at Our Lady of Refuge, Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, New York; The Kennedy Center, Washington, D.C.; Methuen Memorial Music Hall in Methuen, Massachusetts; Marien-Wallfahrtskapelle in Pützfeld, Germany; and at the Hochschule für Musik in Mainz; a collaborative summer course at Indiana University; and the March 1 dedicatory concert on the new II/8 Randall Dyer & Associates organ at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sanford, North Carolina.

New releases include recordings by Raymond Nagem (Pro Organo), and a reissued CD, The Aeolian-Skinner Legacy Presents The King of Instruments, from the Vermont Organ Academy. Bynum Petty’s book, An Organ a Day: The Enterprising Spirit of M.P. Möller, has been published by Pendragon Press.

Competitions include the Seventh Miami International Organ Competition at the Church of the Epiphany, Miami, Florida, and the First Presbyterian Church Competition in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
